The Agency Team • June 25, 2024

The Agency recently hosted its Leadership Summit and celebrated the grand opening of The Agency Charlotte office, drawing team members from 48 markets worldwide. Founder and CEO  Mauricio Umansky was in attendance alongside President, Rainy Hake Austin, and Chief Culture Officer, Billy Rose

Special Leadership Summit speakers included Adam Lerman, Tyler Mount and Craig Sewing, who spoke on topics including business development, impactful marketing strategies, fresh networking tactics and how to navigate the ever-evolving real estate landscape with ease.

The Summit embraced Charlotte’s rich sports culture with a sports-themed program. The event venue was elevated with football-themed flo r al designs by Southern Blossom Flowers , adding to the energetic atmosphere.

Mid-program, attendees were surprised with a “7th Inning Stretch,” which included a singalong to “Sweet Caroline” and The Agency-branded popcorn, which was passed out to the crowd by a traditional stadium vendor.

The Agency Charlotte’s Grand Opening Event

The Summit concluded with a grand opening event for The Agency Charlotte at Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers. Hosted by the office’s Managing Partners, Erika Mendoza and Abigail Hines Miller , guests were greeted by the   Top Cat Cheerleaders . They entered through the team tunnel, which was turned Agency red for the occasion, and finished strong by participating in the wave from the stadium stands.

This memorable event highlighted The Agency’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and community while marking a significant milestone in our expansion—The Agency Charlotte marks The Agency’s first location in North Carolina.
