The Caribbean’s First Luxury Kosher Resort Has Arrived: Navah Turks & Caicos

Sarah Jansen-Mount • November 4, 2024

The Agency Turks & Caicos is setting a new standard for luxury travel with the introduction of Navah Turks & Caicos , the first kosher resort of its kind in the Caribbean. Set along the turquoise shores of North West Point, Navah is scheduled for completion in 2027. This ambitious project combines world-class amenities, impeccable design, and kosher hospitality, fulfilling a previously unmet demand in the luxury travel market.

And the popularity of Navah is proving undeniable. Nine of the eleven exclusive villas have already been sold through pre-sales and the remaining villas are available at $10,995,000 , each offering a meticulously designed 17,203 square feet of luxurious living space. Designed by James Hamilton Architects , each villa includes six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms and features large windows framing panoramic ocean views and a decor palette inspired by the coastal surroundings.

Beyond the villas, the resort spans a picturesque 20-acre property, boasting over 1,000 feet of golden sand beach and crystal-clear waters. A truly unique element is the 141-foot lap pool that connects the reflection pool at the villa’s entrance to the oceanfront infinity edge pool and integrated hot tub on the beachfront. Guests and residents will enjoy private beach access, concierge services, and a range of water sports options. A luxurious restaurant led by a highly accomplished kosher chef will offer a gourmet dining experience on-site, an exciting feature that sets Navah apart. Additional planned amenities include tennis and pickleball courts, a beachside bar, room service, housekeeping, and 24-hour security.

“We’re thrilled to bring these stunning villas to market, in circumstances where nine of the eleven villas have already been sold,” notes Sean O’Neill , Managing Partner of The Agency Turks & Caicos . “It just shows the huge demand for this kind of offering. The vision is remarkable and it’s been amazing to play a role in matching buyers with these stunning homes.”

The Navah community plans to expand to include a boutique condominium tower with 27 units, alongside a community village featuring two additional dining options, a spa and therapy center, shops, a games room, and even a cigar lounge, providing endless entertainment and relaxation options.
