Buyer Packet & Buyer/Broker Agreement


At this stage, I’ll provide you with a comprehensive Buyer Packet, which includes everything you need to navigate the home-buying process. Inside, you’ll find information about:

  • Financing options and lender recommendations
  • The purchase process and key documents
  • Your rights and responsibilities as a buyer


Additionally, we will review and sign the Buyer/Broker Agreement and Duties Owed Disclosure before we start touring homes. This agreement formalizes our working relationship, outlines my fiduciary duties, and ensures transparency.


The agreement term is flexible and can be tailored to a single day, a month, a year, or even a specific home or group of properties—whatever best fits your needs.

Step 6: Negotiation & Offer Acceptance

Once the seller accepts, we move forward to closing!
